Held November 3, 2026. Results are complete and come from the Tennessee Secretary of State. They remain unofficial until county election commissions certify them. The live board carries the same numbers with the map and the Firefly Predictor.
Constitutional Amendments3 on the ballot
The yes and no votes as the Secretary of State reported them. In Tennessee an amendment is adopted only when its yes votes are a majority of all the votes cast for governor, so more yes than no does not by itself settle it. That decision comes with certification.
- Amendment 1: BailYes 1,330,845 (67.1%) · No 651,321 (32.9%)
- Amendment 2: State property taxYes 1,334,067 (66.7%) · No 664,715 (33.3%)
- Amendment 3: Crime victims’ rightsYes 1,526,306 (76.1%) · No 480,508 (23.9%)
