Education Freedom Scholarship Act

Establishes a universal Education Freedom Scholarship (voucher) program, extending eligibility statewide. Originally passed in the 2025 special session; subsequent funding and rule-making bills tracked through the 2026 session.
Education impactUp to $7,000 per eligible student in scholarship funds usable at participating private schools. Public-school funding implications continue to be debated in TISA implementation.
