The school behind the team
Battle Ground Academyis an independent school and competes in the TSSAA's Division II. Tennessee's A-F report card measures public schools, so there is no state letter grade or TCAP result for any independent school in the state. Enrollment and classification here come from the association's own classification report, the same figures that decide which class the school plays in.
How the Firefly rating is calculated
A team's rating is its average scoring margin adjusted for the quality of the opponents it has played, solved across every completed TSSAA game this season. Zero is an average Tennessee team.
