On the Fly: Senator Adam Lowe Wants to Reduce Barriers for Open Enrollment

State Senator Adam Lowe, R-Calhoun, is sponsoring legislation designed to break down barriers parents face enrolling their child in a school district beyond the one they're zoned for.
